RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGE POLICY

Thank you for shopping with GemsByChè. We take pride in offering carefully curated jewelry, crystals, candles, spiritual tools, wellness products, and accessories. Please review our policy carefully before making a purchase.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, store credit, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this policy.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Rings
  • Necklaces
  • Bracelets
  • Hand charms
  • Ear cuffs
  • Crystals and gemstones
  • Sage bundles
  • Incense
  • Candles
  • Books
  • Spiritual and wellness products
  • Limited edition items
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Sale or clearance merchandise

For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on jewelry worn on the body, spiritual products, or wellness-related items.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged due to shipping or you receive the wrong item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photographs of the item
  • Photographs of the packaging
  • A description of the issue

Claims submitted after 48 hours of confirmed delivery may not be eligible for review.

Approved claims may result in a replacement item at our discretion, subject to inventory availability.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

GemsByChè is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

Once a package has been transferred to the carrier and tracking information has been provided, responsibility for delivery rests with the shipping provider.

Customers are encouraged to ensure shipping information is accurate and to monitor tracking updates.

PRODUCT VARIATIONS

Many of our products are handmade, natural, or one-of-a-kind. As a result:

  • Crystal colors, shapes, and patterns may vary.
  • Handmade jewelry may have slight variations.
  • Candles, sage bundles, and other natural products may differ slightly from product photos.

These natural variations are not considered defects.

ALLERGIES & SENSITIVITIES

Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions and ingredient information before purchasing.

GemsByChè is not responsible for allergic reactions, sensitivities, or adverse responses to any products sold.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders cannot be modified, canceled, or refunded once they have been submitted and processed.
